On March 11, 2024, after many years of heavy use, our Beam Central Vacuum system failed. At 9 am, I called Superior Home Systems, the original installer. They dispatched Steve Jafari to our house. By 11:30 am, after clearly laying out our repair or replace options and the pros/cons of each, a new similar system had been installed and was in use.  Amazing service, professionalism and value!  It is very gratifying to experience this type of comprehensive personal care and high performance that is so often hard to find today.

I have a 20 plus year old Beam central vacuum system. Recently the power head no longer suck efficiently ,it also smells burning after a while. I thought it has reached time of retirement. Giving the old horse another kick, I brought the power head to Superiors to take a look and also see what new models are available. I was pleasantly surprised there was no hard push for sale and she asked me to leave the power head for the service technician to look at it. The very next day I got a phone call telling me the power head can be fixed for a very reasonable price and can be picked up the very afternoon. I have the power head back now. It works perfectly .
This is a service still goes by old golden honourable rules vs disposable age.
The beam product I have for more than 20 years has also proven to be tough and met the time test. Some other high tech , highly advertised vacuums I was lured and bought during these 20 some years have already gone to early death.

Frank and his team are always there to help. I bought a vacuum kit  (Sebo) recently and he negotiated a great price.
