With a power output of 1,200 watts, the Classic C1 canister vacuum offers excellent cleaning performance. When the vacuum is switched on, power increases gently and gradually to the selected power level.
Active AirClean Filter
The Miele Active AirClean filter is designed to provide excellent filtration results and helps remove odors by incorporating a special layer of active charcoal – ideal for pet owners and smokers.
6-Step Rotary Dial
Electronic power control is operated by a multi-step rotary dial. Symbols for a variety of applications make it easy to select the optimum power level.
Practical Locking System
Incredibly secure with just one click. The floorhead, suction tube and handle lock into each other with an audible fit. The parts all connect securely but can be easily disengaged at the touch of a button.

Hygienic Dustbag Replacement
The Miele AirClean dustbag has an automatic bag closure that locks in the vacuumed dust. Strong protector netting prevents the dustbag from tearing, even when sharp objects such as glass fragments are inside.
Comfort cable rewind with single-touch control
The cable on all Miele Canister Vacuum Cleaners can be rewound easily with a foot control, without having to bend over. Compact C2, Complete C3 and Blizzard CX1 Vacuum Cleaners are also equipped with a touch control function, allowing the entire cable to be rewound at the touch of a button.
